In the early days of Amazon Fashion, I was asked to consult on their tone of voice and social media content strategy.

Working at Noise in New York (now part of Engine Group), I established best editorial practices for Facebook, such as creating content calendars, TOV guidelines and streamlining the photography production process for more reactive content.
